Formal attire is requested for the occasion. Suits for gentlemen, and elegant dresses or gowns for ladies.
Please note: The ceremony is set to take place outdoors, and outdoor heaters will be provided to help keep guests warm. However, should the weather be unfavourable, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception will be held indoors regardless of weather conditions.
When is the deadline to RSVP?
We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP by February 1, 2026.
Your timely response is greatly appreciated and will help us finalize the details of our celebration.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
We kindly request that guests arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time for seating and settling in before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal attire. We respectfully request suits for gentlemen and elegant dresses or gowns for ladies.
While not required, guests are welcome to wear attire that complements the wedding’s colour palette, should they wish to coordinate with the aesthetic of the day.
As the ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), we recommend wearing appropriate outerwear and a light layer for the evening.
Will the ceremony be outside?
Yes! Please bring appropriate outerwear. There will be outdoor heaters to keep you warm. Reception will be indoors.
What happens if the weather does not cooperate?
The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, and outdoor heaters will be provided for your comfort. However, should the weather be unfavourable, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Will there be parking available?
Complimentary parking is available on-site at Trail Hub Ltd. for guests who choose to drive.
As we will have an open bar during the celebration, we kindly remind all guests to plan ahead and avoid drinking and driving. Please consider using taxis, or rideshare options for a safe and enjoyable evening.

Will there be a shuttle service to the venue?
There will be no complimentary shuttle service. However, please contact the bride and groom if transportation is needed. They will review the available options and determine how they can support in arranging transportation to the wedding venue.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask guests to refrain from using phones, cameras, or other devices during the ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present and ensures our professional photographer can capture the moments without distraction. We look forward to sharing the photos with you after the celebration.
Are children allowed at the ceremony?
We warmly welcome the children of our immediate family and wedding party only to join us in the celebration. For other guests, we kindly ask that appropriate childcare arrangements be made.
Can I bring a guest?
As we are planning an intimate celebration, invitations have been thoughtfully extended. If your invitation does not include a plus one but you would like to bring a guest, we kindly invite you to reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Will there be meal options available?
Yes, guests will be offered a selection of meal options during the reception.
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance so we may ensure accommodations are made.
